Lana is a compassionate psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s most complex transitions. With a focus on Trauma and Neurodivergence, Lana creates a non-judgmental space where clients feel seen and heard. Her therapeutic approach goes beyond symptom management; she is dedicated to helping individuals dismantle long-standing barriers, reclaim their agency and live their most vibrant, purposeful lives. She is also interested in high performance especially in a work context, managing wellbeing and burnout prevention. Lana has contributed her expertise through advisory roles with government, including the Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business in implementing preventative mental health measures for small businesses. She is an advocate of youth mental health, especially prevention, and early intervention. Lana is on the Board of Directors of Youth mental health foundation Step Into Action."
