Medicare covers the full cost. You pay nothing out of pocket, with no hidden charges at any point.

The Access Process

Step 01

GP Referral

You will need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. Ask them specifically to request “Bulk Billing” at Kindly Psychology — this signals your eligibility from the very first touchpoint.

Step 02

Waitlist Priority

As these spots are limited to 10% of our total capacity, there may be a waitlist. Eligible clients are triaged based on clinical urgency so those with the greatest need are seen first.

Step 03

Your Session

Sessions are processed directly through Medicare with no gap fee, provided your MHCP referral is current and valid. You receive exactly the same standard of evidence-based care as every other client.
